{"id":103,"date":"2024-02-20T09:30:14","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T09:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businesss.pro\/?page_id=103"},"modified":"2024-04-17T16:51:12","modified_gmt":"2024-04-17T16:51:12","slug":"specialist-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/businesss.pro\/specialist-terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms &amp; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The following Terms and Conditions (\u201cT&amp;C\u201d) are applicable to BusinessPlus.Pro Parties unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>BusinessPlus.Pro is an online platform (\u201cthe Platform\u201d) that connects businesses and others with a circle of specialists in various professions and countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Parties covered by the T&amp;C are:<br>(a) The Operator of this Platform, Harris Consulting &amp; Tax Ltd (\u201cthe Operator; and<br>(b) Subscribers to the Platform who are acceptable to the Operator and include: Members and Specialists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Member is a subscribing user of the Platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Specialist is firm that holds a professional qualification and has a field of specialist knowledge that has been accepted by the Operator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Platform includes informative general business and related content and displays details of Specialists.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content on the Platform may be circulated to Platform users and third parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party is independent and is solely responsible for their own acts or omissions. No Party is responsible for any other Party\u2019s acts or omissions unless they are related (i.e. over 50% control of one party over another, or under common control, directly or indirectly).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The price of a subscription is set out in Annex 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party shall act in good faith at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party shall endeavor to give a clear and friendly presentation of professional matters they engage in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Specialist may consider referring any assignment outside the Specialist firm\u2019s ability to a fellow Subscriber who is a Specialist in the relevant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Specialist who accepts a referral shall give the case priority treatment as far as reasonably possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Specialist shall give reasonable quality service at reasonable rates within a reasonable timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Specialist is encouraged to post an article on the Platform about significant news or issues in their field of specialist knowledge as soon as reasonably possible after they emerge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party must hold copyright and responsibility for content contributed by that Party. Each Party grants Platform users an unrestricted license to use content contributed to the Platform without consideration. The Operator holds the copyright to the name BusinessPlus.pro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Specialist shall devote adequate time and effort in keeping up to date on developments in their field of specialist knowledge. Each Specialist shall carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to their circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party shall keep personal information private and confidential unless otherwise authorized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Party shall uphold the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) found here: https:\/\/gdpr-info.eu\/.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any Party may terminate a subscription at any time. The subscription price will remain payable for one additional month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Specialist shall notify the Operator in writing immediately if that Specialist closes its business, undergoes a change in controlling ownership or loses any professional qualification or license.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operator\u2019s personnel provides ongoing professional and technical support for the Platform\u2019s operation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Operator shall endeavor to resolve in good faith any dispute or complaint arising. The Operator\u2019s decision is final on all Platform matters. Subscribers are free to terminate their subscription in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a9 All rights reserved by the authors of each article and BusinessPlus.Pro<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Annex 1 \u2013 Subscription Rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Access to limited content: free of charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to more content: US$25 per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specialists who are named and contribute content to the Platform: US$50 per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These rates are before VAT\/Sales Tax. In the EU and UK business users must apply reverse charge (self-accounting) VAT.
